WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER?

$100 minimum per order. Backordered items will be cancelled.

WHAT IS THE HANDLING TIME?

1-2 business days for orders less than $250. Orders larger will take longer time. All items sold by six pieces require additional time since they are made to order.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

United States only.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPPING?

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS, more specifically UPS Ground, which will take 2-5 days depending on how far away you are from us.

*We are not responsible for any delays due to shipping carrier's mistakes, weather-related or government-related events.

**Order over $500 may require a signature on the day of delivery.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

No, we are an online business and we do not have a physical location for pickup.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

No returns and no exchanges. Please report all defects within two weeks.

DO YOU HAVE CATALOGS?

No, we do not offer print catalogs. Please use our Online Store as catalogs.
